So, this may be one of the biggest duh moments I have had, but something just hit me tonight. I realized why skinny people are skinny. I do think genetics play a big role in the size of a person's frame and also just how big they will tend to be in general, but I realized that skinny people are skinny because of the way they eat. I love when skinny girls say 'I eat what I want'. The reason this works for them is because what they 'want' is a lot different than what I want! I want to eat a whole container of ice cream and skinny girls want 1
oreo. Also, I think they have anything they want, they just eat very little of it and they eat very healthy the rest of the time. Duh!
